We answer within one business day. WriteOffer is built by a small team, so the reply comes from a person who can actually fix the problem rather than a ticket queue.
What to include
It helps enormously if you tell us the email address on your account, the title of the document, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. A screenshot is worth more than a description. Never send us your password — we will never ask for it.
Common things
A signer says the link does not work. Signing links stop working once a document is voided, completed or deleted. Open the document and use Resend links to send a fresh one.
You cannot sign in. Most accounts use the emailed sign-in code rather than a password, so a forgotten password is not a lockout — request a code on the login screen. If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder, then email us.
You want a document gone. Open it, use the More actions menu and choose Delete document. It is permanent and immediate. A document already sent for signature has to be voided first.
